Case Study: Technical Advice and Negotiation Strategy with OEM Supplier

A large company working on combustion projects wanted to choose the correct vendor for supply of fans and compressors for a greenfield project in an extremely cold weather site. TTL was contracted to provide a suitable strategy for  negotiation with vendors.

TTL carried out a benchmark analysis of the clients’ technical needs, expenditures  and the vendor bids to select the most appropriate vendor for the project. TTL could identify a significant cost reduction potential in the vendor pricing and also advise suitable negotiation strategy to the client.
