President and Founding Partner: Aime Tchapda Ph.D. Aime is currently the controlling partner at Tansa Tech LLC. Aime brings considerable experience in Artificial Intelligence applied to the Power industry, Big Data, Instrumentation, Electronics, Energy Systems Design in the area of combustion, gasification and utility power plant operations. He was the prime designer of novel biomass-coal co-feeding system and the designer of a lab scale high pressure gasification reactor during his PhD research at Penn State. He is also a US Army veteran, having served in the engineering divisions in Germany and S Korea. Before getting his PhD, Aime obtained an MS in Energy Systems Management (Flensburg, Germany), and a B.E. in Agricultural Engineering (Cameroon). (Linkedin).
Co-Founder and Emeritus: Nari Soundarrajan is a founding member of Tansa Tech who exited for personal reasons in 2023 after his move to India, a growing market in the world's energy landscape. He works with Tansa Tech on project basis as an Independent Consultant. He is a mechanical engineer by training with in-depth experience also in chemical engineering and fuels / mineral processing. Nari's most recent projects have been on Circular Economy, developing AI tools for Resource efficiency and in telecom sector e-waste management. He has substantial experience in Maritime systems, Resource Efficiency of metals/minerals, specifically in Rare earth/critical minerals, Multiphysics Modeling, Process Engineering and chemicals production. Nari brings an immense amount of interdisciplinary knowledge built over the past two decades and a creative approach towards solving problems. He holds Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, and the University of California, Santa Barbara and got his undergraduate degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) at Chennai.

Dr. Nandakumar Krishnamurthy, a Power Industry veteran from India with 40 years experience in the science and technology of Coal Utilization, is a prime inventor in 5 BHEL patents and was the lead commissioning expert for High Pressure Reactor at Penn State. He holds a PhD Energy Engineering from Bharathithasan University, India and MS degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was instrumental in the design, construction and commissioning of a high pressure gasification reactor at Penn State during his tenure as a Research Associate in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. She has previously interned at National Energy Technology Laboratories while completing her doctoral thesis at Penn State University. Dr. Gibson supports Tansatech from time-to-time on a project basis.
