Managing Partner and Founder: Nari Soundarrajan is a mechanical engineer by training with a wide breadth of experience in chemical engineering and fuel / mineral chemistry subjects.
Nari specializes in Technology development, Commercialization and connecting teams together. He has substantial experience in Multiphysics Modeling, Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, Multiphase and Reactive flow analysis for chemicals production. He has over 15 years of analytical characterization experience in the area of powders, minerals and flue gases. Nari brings an immense chest of interdisciplinary knowledge and creative thinking towards solving problems. Nari holds Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, and the University of California, Santa Barbara and got his undergraduate degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) at Chennai.

President and Founding Partner: Aime Tchapda Ph.D. Aime brings considerable experience in Instrumentation, Electronics, Energy Systems Design in the area of combustion, gasification and utility power plant operations. He was the prime designer of novel biomass-coal co-feeding system and the designer of a lab scale high pressure gasification reactor during his doctoral work at Penn State. He is also a US Army veteran, having served in the engineering divisions in Germany and S Korea. Dr. Nandakumar Krishnamurthy, a Power Industry veteran from India with 35 years experience in the science and technology of Coal Utilization, is a prime inventor in 5 BHEL patents and was the lead commissioning expert for High Pressure Reactor at Penn State.
